Bananaman 1-Disc Box Set DVD

Bananaman is the early-80s British animated series adapted from the long-running Beano and Nutty comic strip, in which young Eric Wimp turns into the muscle-bound, banana-powered Bananaman whenever he eats a banana, and then sets off to fumble his way through fights with a rotating gallery of London-flavored supervillains. The show ran on BBC One and ITV from 1983 through 1986, with voice work from Graeme Garden, Bill Oddie, and Tim Brooke-Taylor, the trio whose rapport gives the show much of its specific British comic rhythm.
