Chowder follows an enthusiastic young apprentice cooking student named Chowder as he learns the trade of professional cooking under the dignified guidance of Mung Daal in the food-obsessed kingdom of Marzipan City, where every neighborhood has its own specialty cuisine and every conversation eventually circles back to what is for dinner. The show plays as a 49-episode animated comedy, with each story pairing two short segments around the daily chaos of the catering business and the larger comic universe Marzipan City keeps revealing.
