Episodes & commercials in broadcast order:
Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego?
Bright fireworks burst over a night sky before the action shifts to a golden Egyptian artifact dangling near a pagoda, then sweeps to the Great Pyramids of Giza. The opening sets up another globetrotting heist by the elusive thief in red. An ACME Detective Agency "Employee" badge fills the screen before cutting to a high-tech command room and a monitor displaying Carmen herself, her crimson hat tilted just so. The chase room buzzes with agents tracking her latest caper. A black-and-white surveillance image shows a fleeing thief, then Carmen's smug face appears on the briefing monitor before a sleek ACME jet streaks above the caption "Somewhere in the South Pacific." The ACME Chief preps his young detectives for a globe-spanning pursuit. Inside the ACME control center, the white-haired Chief studies banks of screens beside a glowing interface, then a detective zips through a futuristic chrome corridor on a transport. The case files are loading and the chase is on. Briefing screens flash interrogation prompts including "What were you doing back at ACME, Carmen?" and "So which one, my next crime promises to do a little too?" The detectives mull the clues while Carmen taunts them through the monitors.
Erector Set commercial (1995)

Fox Kids Sweepstakes / Promo
Sweepstakes legal text scrolls about a winner being selected by random drawing the week of October 23, 1995, followed by a green "Name / Address" entry-card graphic and a fiery "FOX" logo bursting into flame. Standard mid-90s mail-in giveaway tag.
Eek!stravaganza promo / Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego?
An on-screen bug for "Eek! the Cat / Klutter / Terrible Thunderlizards" plugs the Saturday Fox 53 lineup, then the show snaps back to ACME headquarters where teen detectives Zack and Ivy stand by their command consoles. A typical between-segment Fox Kids transition.
Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego?
Zack and Ivy huddle in the briefing room as a cartoon prospector character flashes onto a console screen, followed by surveillance feeds of helicopters and what looks like a stuffed animal lineup of suspects. Clues from Carmen's latest crime are coming in fast. A geography quiz panel headed "Kentucky the Bluegrass State" appears on the ACME mainframe, then nine identical Carmen Sandiego mugshots tile across a screen before one of her henchwomen, the green-haired Patty Larceny, smirks into view. The detectives narrow the suspect list. A blinding burst of blue light fills a sci-fi chamber, then an iris-shaped vault door cycles open, leading into a long shadowy passage with a glowing green target at its end. Carmen's gang has infiltrated something high-security. A geodesic dome interior gives way to a cosmic teleporter chamber crackling with energy, then to a pair of armored soldiers crouched warily on a barren red plain. The chase has crossed into otherworldly territory. An empty orange tunnel curves into a ramshackle saloon-like interior, where Zack and Ivy press themselves against a wall, eyes wide with alarm. They've been spotted snooping in enemy territory.
Tweety and Sylvester / Bobby's World mashup transition
Tweety perches at a tiny table with a "Bird Seed" jar while Sylvester the Cat creeps up grinning, then the picture snaps to Bobby's portly older brother Derek looming over Bobby Generic in their suburban front yard. Two animated bumpers running back to back.
Silver Cactus Comics local commercial
A hand spins a tiny blue Trolls-style action figure on a yellow board before the camera pans across rack after rack of comic books and trading cards, ending with a green title card reading "Silver Cactus Comics, 729 N. Nellis, 1 Block North of Bonanza." A late-night Vegas hobby-shop spot.
Local late-night promo / horror trailer
Shadowy live-action footage shows a group of bikers seated around a candlelit table in a dim room, then cuts to a darkened figure caught in moonlight. A grimy direct-to-video or local-station ad atmosphere.
Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego?
An ornate desert temple interior gives way to a wooden ramshackle building, then a Las Vegas-style police cruiser marked "CITY" zips down a dusty highway. The detectives are on the move chasing the next lead. Zack reels back as a glowing red orb pulses between his hands, then a string of jeweled artifacts dangles in midair before a spider-shaped ornament swings ominously against a crimson sky. Magical mischief disrupts the ACME team. Ivy gestures in confusion in her red coat, then the shot cuts to a parchment map being unrolled by gloved hands and finally to her and Zack contemplating a glowing pink monitor in the desert. They're piecing together Carmen's next destination. A spinning globe with "From / To" mailing fields fills the screen, then sweeps into a chrome ACME jet hangar interior. Travel destinations are being plotted for the next leg of the chase. Ivy and Zack scramble over a rocky red ridge before reaching the open cockpit of a yellow ACME hovercraft. The detectives prep for liftoff under a blood-orange desert sky. A yellow ACME helicopter lifts off the canyon floor, then banks past a metallic obstacle before slamming back down beneath a blazing red sky. The vehicle is taking damage on Carmen's tail. Ivy gasps in close-up before the view shifts to the spinning From/To delivery globe and a chrome corridor of the ACME base. The chase is racking up complications. A rushing wave of white smoke fills the screen, then a small lit window shines in deep darkness before sparks fly across an interior console as red and silver characters react in surprise. Something is going seriously wrong inside the ACME ship. A futuristic city plaza with shopping arcades and banners gives way to Zack diving past a glowing white portal in mid-air. The detectives have leapt through space to a strange new locale. The iris vault door reappears, then opens to reveal Zack and Ivy among onlookers on the steps of a grand hall before they exchange relieved looks against red curtains. The episode is wrapping up its caper.

The Tick
The big blue muscle-bound superhero strikes a heroic pose outside a brick building, mouth agape as he readies a battle cry. Spoooon! - The Tick is in mid-rant as he charges into action.
Fox Kids Network bumper / Eek!stravaganza opening
A "fox kids network" graphic crowded with Tiny Toons, Animaniacs, and Eek characters appears, then transitions to a yellow stage where Sharky the bull terrier glares menacingly from his red doghouse. The block bumper rolls into the next show.
Eek! the Cat (Eek!stravaganza)

McDonald's Happy Meal toy commercial
An animated yellow cat-like toy lounges on a red sled, then rows of tiny green castles appear before an aerial shot of a green Happy Meal toy with a propeller hovers over fine print: "At participating locations. While supplies last. Alternate toy available for kid's under 3. Limit 1 toy per Kid's Meal purchase." Classic mail-the-fine-print Mickey D's spot.
Local rock-band promo / Eek! the Cat
A live-action trio of musicians stares from a basement, then an Eek-style brown smear streaks across an empty yard before Eek's pink form leaps onto a striped couch in shock. A jarring transition between an indie-channel ad and the next Eek scene.
Eek! the Cat
A glowing "BEWARE" sign flashes in the smoky yard as Sharky the bull terrier grins ferociously from his nameplate doghouse, then Eek tumbles helplessly across an orange star-spangled background. Eek is once again about to get mauled. Annabelle the blonde cat purrs sweetly in a yard, then a fat purple cat grins maniacally before a brown bulldog-cat chomps the air with a toothy snarl. The neighborhood feline cast trades hostile looks. A small mouse zips across a green lawn, then a brown rodent rides a tiny crayon-cart contraption, followed by an empty pink rocking chair. Eek's backyard turns into a minor chase scene. Eek shrugs sheepishly with paws spread, then bares his teeth in a panicked grimace before a dazed mouse-eye view shows him spiraling toward an open porthole. The pink cat is in over his head again. Eek tiptoes down a sloped roof in his green ribbon, then dodges a steaming pot lifted by an unseen hand before reappearing in the kitchen looking utterly stricken. Cooking disaster brewing in the Elizabeth household. A blank gray frame yields to Eek being clobbered with a flying spatula by an offscreen attacker, then his huge worried face fills the screen mid-meow. The slapstick is in full swing. An apartment door labeled "75th Floor" slides open, then Eek appears alongside Sharky and a lanky purple cat on a stairwell before a colorful candy-striped explosion barrels forward. The trio kicks off a high-rise misadventure. The candy-striped projectile screams through a city skyline launched from a giant cannon, then a movie screen displays an aerial shot of a country house as theater patrons watch, followed by Eek looking baffled. Cartoon physics meets a movie-within-a-movie. Eek peers through a kitchen doorway with a worried frown, then Annabelle in a red dress eyes him sideways before a marquee flashes "FATAL EEKTRACTION - NOW PLAYING" outside a swanky theater. A classic sitcom-spoof title gag.

The Terrible Thunderlizards (Eek!stravaganza)
Three uniformed dinosaur commandos - a tall brontosaurus type, a brown spike-headed grunt, and a green hammerhead pilot - operate dashboard controls aboard their cockpit before clustering with their gear in a green hallway. The Thunderlizard squad gears up for another mission to wipe out the cavemen.
The Terrible Thunderlizards
The bushy-bearded caveman Bill kicks back lazily on a hammock, then a watermelon-stuffed Scooter caveman appears beside him, raising a finger as if making a profound point. The hapless cavemen are oblivious to the lizard hit squad above. A cluster of foliage and a steaming rock sit in a quiet jungle clearing, then Bill the caveman scolds Scooter, who grins idiotically while munching on his watermelon. Idle prehistoric afternoon for the targets. A green hammock-vine sags under the wandering Scooter, then he sprints away cartoonishly in a dust cloud before cutting to two of the lizard agents huddled around a glowing weapon. Comedic chase territory in the Mesozoic. A bandanna-wearing green lizard glares with menace, then Bill carries Scooter under his arm grinning vacantly, before the bearded caveman gasps in alarm. The hunters are closing in. A purple-capped caveman scowls suspiciously in his floral shirt, then beams with a huge toothy grin, before the green lizard agent aims a yellow blaster directly at the camera. Caveman versus reptilian mercenary standoff. A jagged rock cave entrance appears in the jungle wall, then a glowing red interior chamber, before the floral-shirted caveman crouches conspiratorially on a stone ledge. Something dangerous lurks in the cave. The pink-shirted Scooter trudges down a path, gets cornered by his bushy partner, then bares clenched teeth in panic. Buddy slapstick continues among the doomed cave duo. An armored green lizard in a dark jumpsuit grits teeth menacingly inside a cave, then his squad lurks among purple jungle vines, before another lizard shrugs in confusion at a smoldering scorched ground patch. The Thunderlizards' plan is unraveling. A cannonball or dark sphere is hoisted by lizard hands, then the bandanna-clad lizard grins wickedly clutching a stick of dynamite next to a corn-cob-toting partner. Explosives are about to make things worse. The squad pilots a dome-roofed combat vehicle, then a scaly female lizard in a flowered dress yelps with claws raised. Domestic and combat scenes intercut at full tilt. A puff of dust mushrooms in a clearing, then a befuddled green lizard scratches his chin while the two cavemen huddle and confer. The chaos continues without resolution. The cavemen press flat against a tree trunk, then the floral-shirted Bill snarls with bared teeth in extreme close-up. Their luck has finally run out (or maybe not).

Eek hops along a sloped wooden roof, then watches a steaming pot levitate in the kitchen courtesy of an offscreen hand, before standing rigid and worried beside the pots. Domestic mayhem about to erupt. A blank wall holds for a beat, then Eek gets whacked with a flying spatula by an unseen attacker, ending in a giant terrified close-up of his pink face. Slapstick punctuated by silence. The "75th Floor" apartment door slides open, Eek joins Sharky and the lanky purple cat on a stairwell, then a candy-colored explosion plows toward the camera. Apartment-block antics escalate. The candy-striped projectile cannons across a city skyline, an animated map of a country house plays on a giant theater screen with a packed audience watching, and Eek peers up confused. A movie-within-a-movie sequence is in motion. Eek peeks anxiously through a kitchen doorway, then a red-dressed Annabelle eyes him sidelong, ending on a marquee declaring "FATAL EEKTRACTION - NOW PLAYING" outside an empty theater plaza. The episode plays its sitcom-spoof punchline again. A rumpled curtain shimmers, then an indistinct close-up of textured fabric, before a final pink-shaded Eek scene catches him in mid-mishap.
