Ice Age: The Meltdown continues the prehistoric adventure franchise, returning to the same group of unlikely animal companions including the woolly mammoth Manny, the saber-toothed tiger Diego, and the prehistoric ground-sloth Sid as the climate begins to warm and their valley faces a flood of biblical proportions when the surrounding glacial walls threaten to give way.
