King Arthur and the Knights of Justice is the early-1990s syndicated animated series about a contemporary American football team, the New England Knights, led by their quarterback Arthur King, who are magically pulled back through time to the kingdom of Camelot to take the place of the imprisoned original King Arthur and his knights, defending the kingdom against the dark sorceress Morgana while wearing both medieval armor and recognizable football helmets. The show ran on Fox and through syndication across 1992 and 1993 with 26 episodes split across two seasons.
