Little Shop is the 1991 Fox Kids animated series loosely spun out of the Little Shop of Horrors universe, except in this version Junior the man-eating plant is a kid Audrey II, harmless instead of bloodthirsty, who lives with a young Seymour as a basically domestic best friend. The result is a Saturday morning take on the property that strips out the horror, keeps the gags, and turns the human-eating plant into a pun-spitting cartoon classmate.
