Pat the Dog is the late-2010s European-co-produced animated comedy about Pat, a small, scruffy household dog whose human family routinely leaves him in charge of the kids, the yard, and the neighborhood, much to his eternal exasperation. The show ran on Boomerang, Canal+ Family, and France 3 in 2017 and 2018, with each episode built around a pair of short, punchy domestic-disaster plots that put Pat in the unwanted role of babysitter, security guard, or troubleshooter.
