Rock Dog follows the young Tibetan Mastiff named Bodi who lives in the mountain village his father guards as the protector against the wolves of the wider world, and who decides to leave his isolated home to pursue his dream of becoming a rock-and-roll musician in the big city. With the help of the aging rock-star cat Angus Scattergood, Bodi must develop his musical abilities while contending with the wolves who have followed him into the city and the perpetually frustrated father who pursues him to bring him home. The film plays as a feature-length CGI animated adventure-comedy entry.
