The Fairly OddParents ran across nearly two decades on Nickelodeon, one of the longest-running animated comedies on the channel and a centerpiece of its mid-2000s and 2010s afternoon programming. The premise spun out of a young boy and his daily wrangling of two well-meaning but chaos-prone fairy godparents, whose ability to grant his every wish reliably created bigger problems than the ones his wishes were meant to fix.
