The Head is the mid-1990s MTV animated series about Jim, an everyday New Yorker who wakes up one morning with a giant blue alien named Roy living inside his head, where Roy has been hiding from a sinister force trying to invade Earth. The series aired on MTV and later HBO Max across 1994 and 1996, with a 19-episode run that became a cult favorite of the network's adult animation lineage.
