The Shnookums and Meat Funny Cartoon Show is the mid-90s Disney Television Animation experiment that bundled three short-form segments, the title cat-and-dog rivalry of Shnookums and Meat, the medieval squirrel-knight adventures of Pith Possum, and the bug-themed musical bickering of Tex Tinstar, into a single half-hour cartoon variety hour. The show ran across The Disney Afternoon and later Toon Disney through 1995 with 9 episodes that mix short, gag-driven comedy with a deliberately retro Saturday morning house style.
