The World of Stainboy Complete 1-Disc Box Set DVD

The World of Stainboy arrived in 2000 as a series of short animated films released through Shockwave and AtomFilms, with later cable showings on the Sci Fi Channel. The premise placed the title character, a small boy whose superpower was leaving stains, at the center of brief, illustrated adventures encountering other oddly-powered children in a stylized, slightly melancholy world. The shorts ran a few minutes apiece, treating each new character introduction as both a gallery sketch and a small dark-fairy-tale vignette.
