Toxic Crusaders 2-Disc Box Set DVD

Toxic Crusaders aired in 1991 as an animated comedy based on Troma’s cult film The Toxic Avenger. The show followed Toxie and his misfit team of eco heroes as they protected Tromaville from polluters, mutants, and absurd villains. It mixed slapstick humor, anti pollution messages, and over the top characters. Although it lasted only one season, it developed a strong cult following and later received merchandise, toys, and a compilation movie released in 1997.
