Where on Earth Is Carmen Sandiego? extends the long-running educational franchise into proper animated narrative form, following the perpetually-elusive globe-trotting thief Carmen Sandiego and her V.I.L.E. organization of fellow criminals who steal famous landmarks, cultural treasures, and historical artifacts from around the world.
